Drs. Abdy Moshrefi and Nazanin Daneshmand are both board-certified periodontists. Dr. Moshrefi is a ceramic and zirconia implant specialist who has placed thousands of implants and lectured nationally on metal-free techniques. Dr. Daneshmand focuses on holistic periodontal care, advanced gum disease treatment, and women's periodontal health. Together they take on the cases other practices call too complex, including failing implants, advanced bone loss, and full arch reconstruction.
How to Refer a Patient
Complete the referral form below, email us, or call to open a referral by phone. Our team follows up to securely collect any X-rays or CBCT scans.
We schedule promptly, complete a specialist consultation and any imaging, and confirm a treatment plan. Urgent cases are prioritized.
You receive a clear summary of findings, treatment provided, and recommendations, and the patient returns to you for restorative and ongoing care.
